Calling HS Freshmen and Sophomores: It’s Camp Time

We’re thrilled to share that we are hosting an incredible opportunity for high school freshmen and sophomores with disabilities interested in manufacturing. Thanks to a generous grant from Nuts, Bolts and Thingamajigs, we’ll host a free, four-week summer camp from July 15 to August 9, running on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

We’re limiting the camp to just ten students to ensure a personalized experience. Throughout the program, participants will engage in a mix of instructor-led lessons and hands-on activities. By the end, they’ll even get to create their own capstone project! Plus, we’ve arranged exciting field trips to local manufacturing firms for some real-world learning.

This year, our camp will be based at the Lewis & Clark Career Center in St. Charles. If you’re interested or know someone who might be, feel free to apply at or reach out to Chief Program Officer of Employment Services Matt Jannings at 636-875-5264 or via email at Let’s make this summer one to remember!
