Katlyn Juergensmeyer

Katlyn’s passion for challenging people with disabilities was inspired by her late aunt Elaine who retired from BCI in 2019. As an ESS, Katlyn knows the skills learned here at work translate into real life. With a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, she joined the field in 2016 and BCI in 2021. Her favorite part of the job is watching employees’ faces light up when they realize they can do something they thought they couldn’t do before.
