BCI Speaker Series: Guardianship and Conservatorship

BCI will host its next virtual Speaker Series presentation on Thursday, February 22 at 6:00 p.m. The free event, led by St. Peters attorney and disability advocate Lorna Frahm, will cover the topics of guardianship and conservatorship. Attendees will gain insights into the legal and practical aspects of guardianship including types (full, limited, successor), filing, fees, summons, termination, conservatorship, and special needs trusts, with insights into court requirements and legal standards. The presentation is free and open to all. However, advance registration is required.
